Return Policy

RETURN POLICY FOR DRESSES

 

While most of our customers are exceptionally happy with their experience, we understand that there are very rare instances that you may need to return your dress(es).

 

We will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped dress(es). If your dress arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to our Customer Service team at service@grabadress.com directly for assistance with processing your return.

 

For returns of any dress(es) which is not damaged, defective or mis-shipped, a $12 restocking fee will be charged for each dress.

 

Normal Return Procedures

Note: We only accept return up to 7 days from the day you’ve received your dress(es).

1.  Email Grab-A-Dress team with the subject: GAD-Return # [Order number]. A brief reason for returning the dress will be most welcomed as we want to improve. For verification purposes, please also provide us with a couple of dress pictures together with the return request.

2.  Grab-A-Dress customer service team will confirm the pictures and let you know whether you are eligible for return.

3.  If you are eligible, a return address will be provided. [Shipping fee not covered]

4.  Please pack and send off the dress within the 7 days timeframe. Please provide us with the picture of the return receipt.

5.  Initiating return after 7 days will be considered void.

 

All returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, no perfumes and free of lint and hair. Dress must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

 

For all returns, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

 

Items not eligible for returns:

•    Personalized and dyed items

•    Final sale items

•    Items with any tags removed

•    Items are damaged by customers

•    Items received over 7 days

Step 2: Ship the dress(es) back according to our return guide.

 

Step 3: Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days when returns received.
